We replaced an entire mainframe and were able to fixe the core issue. Services are booting-up as we speak. We apologise for the inconvenience!
We had to ship an entire mainframe to our facility in Tallinn after all attempts to repair the existing system were unsuccessful.
The required replacement parts were sent via UPS Overnight Express yesterday. However, UPS has informed us of a delay in transit:
“We were unable to load the package on the plane as scheduled. We will deliver your package as quickly as possible.”
We are actively monitoring the shipment and will proceed with installation immediately upon arrival. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
We've confirmed there is a problem with one of our nodes in Tallinn, we're working to resolve it.
