We will be performing emergency network maintenance affecting services hosted in our Japan, Tokyo location due to a critical stability issue affecting one of the network aggregators in the data center.

Impact: Services connected through the affected network infrastructure may experience downtime or network interruptions during the maintenance

The affected network aggregator is currently experiencing severe instability and may fail unexpectedly. Following discussions with the vendor, an emergency software upgrade has been identified as a potential solution to address the issue and improve the stability of the network infrastructure.

The maintenance will initially be performed with no expected service impact. However, due to the critical condition of the affected aggregator, the work may result in a complete service interruption without prior warning.

Our network team will work closely with the data center and vendor to complete the intervention as quickly and safely as possible. We will provide updates through this status page as the maintenance progresses.
