On-site team has started offloading equipment, delivery of the systems into the datacenter, and installation of the servers into their racks.

The transport vehicle is due to arrive ahead of schedule (08:15 UTC)

Machines have safely been de-racked and are now travelling to our new DC in Vienna.

Scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

We will be relocating a number of dedicated servers from our Graz, Austria location to our Vienna, Austria facility as part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements.

Customers affected by this maintenance have individually been notified by email.

During this maintenance, affected dedicated servers will be offline while they are physically relocated and recommissioned in Vienna. Network connectivity and access to the affected services will not be available for the duration of the move.

We strongly recommend that customers perform a backup of any important data before the maintenance window begins. Additionally, servers should be gracefully shut down no later than the start of the maintenance window to help ensure a smooth relocation process.

Our team will work to complete the migration as quickly as possible and will provide updates through this status page as the maintenance progresses.
