We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully sourced the required hardware in Russia.

All affected services have been transitioned to new infrastructure and can now be started again. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this disruption may have caused, and we are immensely grateful for your continued patience and understanding during this period.

In the spirit of transparency, we would also like to shed light on some challenges we faced. While we had standby equipment in the racks to ensure uninterrupted service, we unfortunately ran into unforeseen issues with this equipment. Despite the tireless efforts of our highly skilled engineering team, the standby equipment has not yet been restored to its optimal state.

Given the current situation in Russia, acquiring spare parts and servers has posed significant challenges.

We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused you, and we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service continuity going forward. Your trust is invaluable to us, and we are doing everything in our power to avoid this from happening in the future.
