🟢 All EDIS Global services are fully operational and unaffected.
However, a widespread Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage is impacting hundreds of external platforms — including Signal, Intercom, Asana, Perplexity, and others hosted on AWS.
Some customers have reported difficulty accessing certain third-party services from their VPS. These connection issues are caused by the ongoing AWS outage and are outside the EDIS Global network.
Our infrastructure is independent of AWS, and all customer systems continue to run normally.
