We would like to update you on the recent connectivity issues affecting our services in Chile.

Our investigation confirmed that the issue was related to upstream connectivity via SAMM Tecnologia, which impacted certain destinations. We have worked closely with our local provider and upstream partners to resolve the issue, and as of now, services are back online.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we worked on a resolution. If you continue to experience any issues, please let us know.

We have received an update from our local provider in Chile confirming that they are actively investigating the ongoing network issues.

While there have been some improvements, connectivity remains unstable, and we are working closely with both the local provider and upstream carriers to resolve this as soon as possible.

We’d like to provide a quick update on your server in Chile.

Since March 19 at 18:00 UTC, our local provider in Viña del Mar (Valparaiso) has been experiencing network issues. While our IP ranges remained globally reachable, certain ports were either filtered or restricted by a transport provider between Europe and Latin America.

The situation showed some improvement overnight, but as of now, connectivity in Chile remains unstable, with most services not functioning normally. We are actively working with both the local provider and upstream carriers to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information.
