RETN BALTICS have now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
RETN who aggregates a substantial share of Internet traffic coming in and out of Estonia, observes an emergency situation on their network causing packet loss on many IP transit providers we are connected to.
We have an emergency ticket open with RETN. They are working to resolve the situation in a timely manner.
