We would like to inform our customers about an unexpected service disruption that occurred during internal scheduled maintenance. The (unrelated) maintenance was planned to be completed without affecting any services. However, due to a human error during the process, some cables were routed incorrectly.
Our on-site data center team identified the issue while attempting to remove a core component from a cabinet. To resolve the situation, technicians needed to rearrange certain cables to restore proper connectivity.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused.
Services that were impacted are now running smoothly again.
