We will upgrading the firmware of the backbone router as part of a global network upgrade plan. During this time, you may experience traffic rerouting and temporary packet loss.
While services in the UK will be directly impacted, those outside the UK may also be affected, though to a lesser extent, as traffic can often be rerouted through alternative paths.
We do not expect the downtime to be as long as the entire maintenance window.
