All customers terminating on these devices will experience an outage as FPCs are reloaded with new code, this is expected to be between 5-30 minutes per device, depending on model. All other customer traffic will be cleanly re-routed away from the devices over alternate paths. Devices will be reloaded one at a time, and not in parallel, to ensure as much stability as possible.
