This looks like a false alarm. Pingdom triggered packet loss from multiple locations. EDIS was not able to measure any packet loss from 40+ locations.
Services that were impacted are now running smoothly again.
Our monitoring system detected a potential issue and our team is on it! We'll keep you posted as soon as we learn more.
