We've resolved the incident.
Fibercuts between Frankfurt and Paris have been repaired and all the links have been restored 22:00 UTC (23:00 CET). Routers are stable after applying the patch.
Thanks for your patience.
The router issue has been sorted, however we are facing multiple fibercuts between Frankfurt and Paris, causing a congestion between these sites. From Frankfurt +50ms latency and about 0.2% packet loss. ALL OK from London and Amsterdam.
We've rerouted around the affected device, and working with Cisco to understand what's going on. We see traffic picking up to normal levels again.
